we begin with what you already know!

Before learning how to drive, it’s super helpful to have a few basic skills under your belt. Here are 3 essentials:
- Akchit, Instructor.

Understanding Road Signs & Rules

You don’t need to memorize every single one, but knowing the basics like stop signs, yield signs, speed limits, and right-of-way rules will make things way easier when you're behind the wheel.

Basic Vehicle Knowledge

You should know how to:

Adjust your seat and mirrors.

Use the pedals (gas, brake, clutch if manual).

Turn on headlights, windshield wipers, indicators, etc. It’s not about being a mechanic—just knowing your way around the car’s controls.

Coordination & Spatial Awareness

Driving is a lot about multitasking—steering, checking mirrors, braking smoothly, and being aware of your surroundings. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to judge space and distance (like parking or changing lanes) are key.
